To honor Pope Paul II's visit to Hungary in 1991, György Vukán composed the "Missa ad Dominum Jesum Christum". He contracted Annette to write the lyrics, record and perform four of the project's musical prayers. This masterwork involved the participation of the Hungarian Radio Symphony and Choir and was directed by András Ligeti on Margaret Island in Budapest during the spring of 1991.
