The Concept During the past 25 years of her performing career, repeated  requests were made asking Annette Lowman to perform theme concerts: - "We're having a retirement party for an employee, could you do a show around his career?" - "Could you do a special show around the life and music of Cole Porter for our 25th anniversary?" - A Dutch educational association requested a show on the "History of Black American Music" - The US Consulate in Bonn, Germany requested a tribute concert for Martin Luther King's birthday. To offer a professional response to the demand, she created "Concert Design", a concept that aims at creating musical themes and songs around specific events, and includes the writing, composing and performing of customized skits and productions for special events.
